Contracting Parties - LazyLenny.co.uk and Lazy Lenny Cards are trading names of Peoplepages Limited, registered address 31 Meadvale Road, Croydon, CR0 6JY. Email: ask@lazylenny.co.uk

Export Orders - We are able to accept orders from anywhere in the world but please be advised that we only despatch orders to addresses in the UK and Channel Islands.

Carriage and Packing - Prices quoted include preparation, packing and dispatch. The price you see (less any discount from a promotional code) is the price you pay.

Order Despatch - Orders are despatched via the Royal Mail using standard first class post. Items are posted two (2) working days before the target arrival date you have asked for. Although we use best endeavours to ensure that your card will arrive on time, we take no responsibility for any delays introduced by the postal system or for delays in processing your order.

Payment - We accept payment for online orders using the PayPal payment system. This will accept payments in a variety of formats, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (Switch), Delta, and American Express. Cards are debited when the order is first processed.

Prices - Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to revise any prices in the event of unforeseen circumstances or a change in the VAT rate.

Substitutes - The supply of goods listed is subject to availability, and we may send the best available substitute of equal or greater value for an item out of stock. If this is not possible, we shall credit your account to offset the amount of the items purchased.

Customer Service - An order acknowledgement will be emailed to you on completion of your purchase. Additionally an email will be sent when the item has been dispatched. In the event of any query, please contact our Customer Services Department by email at ask@lazylenny.co.uk

Complaints - It is our aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days, and we will provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute and keep you advised about progress.

Cancellation - Once scheduled, a card can be edited or re-scheduled as many times as you like up until the time it is prepared for dispatch (i.e. before we have written it). Cards are normally prepared for dispatch 7 days before your target arrival date.
